last night as i was sifting through hundreds of photos to post to the website, i became acutely aware of just how blessed i really am!  we have been leading retreats since 2005 to places like maya tulum, mexico & pura vida, costa rica as well as samasati nature reserve in costa rica.  wow!  i had so much fun remembering the wonderful times we shared at these incredible places, and i look forward to more adventures together!  go to our 'take a look' page to peek at photos from previous retreats.

we currently do not have a retreat scheduled, but plan to set one up for later in 2010!  stay tuned!
