it's the opportunity to use raw, uninhibited movement to get out of the thinking mind & into pure bliss consciousness.there is no instruction involved, just a bunch of open-hearted people who want to create loving, healing energy & tap into spontaneity & liberation through dance & movement.
our studio will be candle lit & the groovy tunes will be thumpin'!it's good clean fun for all ages.shake off the week's juju & start the weekend right by getting your glow on!come for the whole time or come & go as you please.
ecstatic dance jam is from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. followed by a 30 minute silent meditation from 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.if you've never danced your booty into oblivion then sat or layed down in stillness & silence, this experience is sure to shake your world!
